Villa
Dubai Hills villa — KNX lighting, shading & climate
A whole-home villa build centred on a KNX backbone. Principal rooms get scene keypads; elevations get motorised curtains timed to heat and privacy; multi-zone AC follows leave, return and sleep logic so the household stops managing each device separately.
Apartment
Marina apartment — Zigbee retrofit without civil works
A finished apartment where opening walls was not an option. We designed a Zigbee mesh for switches and sensors, added a curtain motor on the main elevation, and handed over wake, leave and sleep scenes the household can run from wall panels and the app.

Emirates Hills villa — security & access on the leave scene
Security and access layered onto an existing automation plan so arming the home is part of leaving — not a separate checklist. Multi-camera monitoring, a recessed control hub, and smart lock access were tuned for travel and overnight use.
